Comments now turned on

As the title states, comments are now turned back on. I've not been very active with this site over the last few months and was getting sick of crap/spam comments appearing. At the time the easy solution was to disable commenting.

During this time I have occasionally checked the website stats and have noticed regular and consistent traffic. I've even navigated to referring sites, out of curiosity, where in some cases the blog posts mentioned the fact that they were unable to comment at the site. Hence, I've enabled commenting.
